Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are as hot as Sonny and Cher
were back in the day. But is JB the next Michael Jackson? Fergie's Blacked Eyed
Peas band mate really believes so.
Will.i.am believes the Beiber "can't lose with the
stuff he uses." Granted, he is dating one of the most hottest female pop
stars in the game now, has smash hit after smash hit, is enjoying a successful
"My World Tour," and can rap.
"Justin Bieber could be like Prince...like Michael
Jackson where his career is like, for like, 'Wow! Explain its 2030..., your
career is so long. You're the first artist to be broadcasted to Mars. How do
you fee about that?'" Fergie's band mate told Radio Disney.
But dating the Wizards of Waverly Place actress, selling
millions of copies of Never Say Never, and raking in the dough with concert
tours is not enough to give Bieber with the honor in becoming the next Michael
Jackson.
Then, there are others who light up the stage with a
Jackson-esque style of dancing. When it comes to performing on stage like the
Thriller pop star did, Usher and Chris Brown come to mind. But they are no
Michael Jackson.
They both have sold millions of records, collaborated with
the Bieb -- and one is even his mentor. But together, they don't come close to
the iconic stature as the late MJ. Remember Justin Bieber has been in the game
for two years, while the "Never Can Say Goodbye" star has been around
for decades.
What was Will.i.am thinking? Well, never say never; stranger
things have happened.
